Now that the holiday season has passed we wanted to take a moment to do something a little different than our usual program highlights and helpful hints. We ve been hearing quite a lot lately about frustrations with the lending community so we wanted to share with you a little about us and our business philosophy.
Why Are We In This Industry?
The plain and simple answer is we absolutely love what we do. Seeing our happy, smiling clients and referral partners at the closing table is what we live for. There's nothing that brings us more happiness than this.
What We Believe
We believe we have clients and referral partners. Whether you're buying, selling or refinancing, it's likely the largest financial transaction you'll ever complete. Our clients and referral partners deserve our respect and are never thought of or referred to as leads, deals, units or sides.
We believe in working directly with our clients and referral partners to build long lasting relationships that are based on respect, loyalty and trust. We are not an online, impersonal push button get mortgage type of organization.
We believe that traditional lending advertising is an insult to real estate professionals and mortgage clients. Best deal guarantees, on time closing guarantees and the like are gimmicks. We don't believe in gimmicks, we just simply do it right the first time.

Experienced processing staff pre-underwrites loan files before submission to our investors. Detailed review ensures that the majority of our client loan files are put into final approval status at the first submission.
We're local and accessible when you need us. When you're working, we're working even if it's after hours or the weekend.
