Lender Fall Out

It's one week before closing. Has your preferred lender dropped the ball on your client's loan..., Again?! If you answered yes, then it may be high time for a change.

Let's face it, not all loan closings are easy. Sometimes things come up none of us expect. When that happens as real estate professionals we have to work together to move things forward to the closing table. But when it's clearly obvious that your current lender hasn't given your client's loan file proper attention because you're now being asked for an extension and a long list of documents you know darn well should've been requested previously from your client, that's a problem. Requesting tax returns today from a self employed buyer that was definitely self-employed when the contract was executed 45 days ago is not ok!
